Phone supersedes text, every time.  Because if you undo all the good BB and myself have done in getting people to call the helpdesk phone instead of our direct lines, I will personally drive the bus we'll be throwing you under.

Oh, and BTW, we know you're using new system setups as an excuse to surf without the bandwidth clamp I applied to your system a couple weeks back.  It's a little suspicious that it now takes you three days to set up a system, when it used to only take you one.  Granted, any normal person could do a new system setup in about forty minutes, but we make allowances for the handi-incapable.

Also, there's a reason BB removed your new account setup privileges from active directory.  And your ability to grant any user access to any directory.  See, it takes more than just a person saying, "I'd like access to all payroll files" when they work on the floor to give them access to all payroll files.  That's something anyone with a brain stem would probably be aware of.

The list grows long my young, foolish friend.  And confronting you head-on with the evidence appears to no longer have an effect.  The final warning is nigh.  Prepare yourself.
